Talklaunch - Begin here

Who I am:
If you’re not making money from social networking, you’re not doing it right.  My name is Ryan Estes, I established Talklaunch to create profit for business’ through social networks like Twitter, Facebook and Youtube.  I know it works because it worked for me.  My previous venture I started a natural products brokerage.  I sold natural products wholesale from the manufacturers to health food stores like Whole Foods.  I had no clients or manufacturers; I had nothing to sell and nobody to sell it to.  Using Twitter, Facebook and other networks I grew my business from zero to over 40 manufacturers.  I sold their products into Whole Foods, Central Markets, HEB, Vitamin Cottage, Sprouts Markets, Sunflower Markets, King Sooper and more.  I say ‘I’, but I was not alone.  Through social networks I made partnerships with other brokers, hired new representatives and drove our business to new heights.  Between day 1 and day 365 I had launched a business, contracted with more than 40 natural product manufacturers and managed a crew of 12 in 6 states.  We accomplished this with attention to scope, sequence and social media integration.  After repeat demand I have since left the reins of the brokerage to my partner, and put my professional focus into Talklaunch.  I have a passion to build.  This is my comfort zone.  I want to build your brand with the passion and innovation i used to build mine.

How we do it:
The central theme to any social media campaign is message.  What is your social networking strategy?  How are you driving your business?  What do your updates, links and pics say about your brand?  Together we answer these questions.  Through years of experience we have developed a successful philosophy to maintain positive brand conversations.
Tweet it: The  K.A.T. method. (Kindness, Authenticity, Tone)

  • Kindness

We talk on behalf of you.  We employ the same courtesy and manner as if you invited us to your grandma’s table for Thanksgiving dinner.  That is to say, we are polite.  We build your brand’s relationships with on-line conversations.  Before all else we are kind and sympathetic to your audience.  These are your people, we treat them like friends.
Tweet it:  Call us old fashion but we believe kindness can change the world.

  • Authenticity

We embody your brand.  Authenticity is another way to say consistency.  Social media is organized as a scroll.  Your message is measured as a product of time. Every update and interaction is strategically considered to build value to your brand.  Over time your audience will get to know you better.  They will welcome your suggestions as they would a trusted colleague.  Each of our clients is unique.  A church group requires an entirely different vocabulary then does a baseball team.  Authenticity is something that your audience feels.  It is difficult to cultivate and nearly impossible to regain once you have lost it.  Years of experience have taught us to adapt our language subtly, to express this authenticity.
Tweet it: Who feels it knows it.

  • Tone

We are educated and speak professionally.  We will never, ever use ‘lol’.  Text shorthand is rampant and acceptable on-line.  We believe this shorthand is lazy and our clients deserve the pinnacle of our talents.  When writing, we use the characteristics of a successful author: subtle humor, proper punctuation and direct language.  Our writing reflects the respect we have for your audience.
Tweet it:  We are the new President of tone and tenor. #LesterYoung

We register your user name on multiple platforms.
Most brands have a Facebook, Twitter and maybe a Youtube profile.  We use your media (copy, tags, pics, links etc.) to register on over 30 mobile and on-line social media sites.  We register them all to your specific username.  On-line your user name is synonymous with your brand.  Consistency across platforms is critical.  This is how your audience recognizes you.  This is how you get higher page rank on Google.  Are you on the first page of your Google search?
Tweet it: Your name, your fame, your game.

#Hashtag communities.
Every brand, service or organization has a market and demographic.  On-line we call them hashtag communities.  We curate these communities with specific tags, lists and group search.  Our ultimate goal is complete industry domination in our hashtag communities.  We want your audience to view your brand, service or organization as the authority in your market.
Tweet it: Don’t hate, participate!

Transparency
There are two ways to communicate to your network.
1) The public: What you are posting to everyone in your network.
2) The private: What you are posting to select individuals.
It is obvious that personal relationships can be undermined by unscrupulous private messages.  Business relationships can be equally damaged by this.  We do not carry private conversations for our brands period.  All relationships are built and maintained in public to reinforce our culture of kindness, authenticity and tone.
Tweet it:  Go tell it on the mountain.

Who we do it for:
Big business, small business, new business, restaurants, entrepreneurs, bands, entertainers, non-profits, ad agencies, churches, clubs, clubs, persons and you!
